If anyone can explain any of this, please help me. I'm afraid I'm losing my grip on reality.
About a year ago, I had an out of body where I argued with my physical self about the existence of the spirit. The physical lost horribly.
Things started changing, rapidly.
I started seeing energy around everything. Everything has and emits energy. I see it, I feel it. Nothing is quite the color as anything else. This only happens when I soften my gaze but sometimes I can't control it happening. It's quite beautiful usually, but some things and people have black fields that suck up energy like a vacuum. Those things and people scare me horribly.
I started feeling others' emotions about two weeks later. I only have to be near them, but not very near. I can feel sadness the most strongly.
Another two to four days and I could tell when certain people whom I developed an affinity for were in the same building, up to probably 50 yards away. There are three of these people now, but the last two are fairly recent.
Then I started dreaming others' dreams and pasts. I cannot sleep in someone else's bed or I will have their dreams or memories. I can tell them what I dreamed in detail, even graphic things and things they've never shared with anyone. Hotels terrify me.
A few days ago it got BAD. I started dreaming deaths. I was inside the dying person's body with them, feeling them fade away. I've had death dreams my whole life, but not someone else's. I remembered four of the names, wrote them down, then looked up and found them in the news or obits and finding their reasons for dying like the first being shot by police and dying in the ambulance. I dreamed being inside him and seeing the EMTs trying to save him and him saying that he didn't want to hurt anybody, he just needed money. He was about 8 hours drive away. I don't watch TV or read the news unless I know I need to look something up. I've had two nights of this so far. At least eight of these in two nights. 6 confirmed by looking them up. Names included.
I'm losing it. Does any of this make any sense to anyone? If these are gifts, by whom and for what good use?
