This is an easy visualization oriented meditation. In Shamanism, and various other practices, a "Safe Place" is often created for the soul-traveler. It's a place of refuge, and peace. Don't tell anyone else about your safe place, so no one else can enter it. Do not make it in the image of a real-life place, either. You don't want any negative entities or other people invading it. In Shamanism, from your safe place you can access your personal underworld, and also the higher realms. In the Tulpa-making art, a Wonderland (safe place), is often used to create, and interact with your Tulpa in.
First, relax. Lay down, sit in a chair, or get in a meditative position. Whatever feels comfortable to you. Slow your breathing, feel detached from the material world. Imaging a scene. Something that is beautiful in your eyes. A beach, a forest, a mountain clearing, a house or building, anything you can imagine will work. Try to imagine the details. Just take time to walk around and explore. Feel the earth or sand under your feet. Feel the breeze. Hear the trees rustling. Smell the air. Try to involve all of your senses. Do this for as long as you like.
By doing this daily, your safe place will solidify in your mind. Upon each visit it will become more real to you.
