This is the progress report of Jesse, my first tulpa.

STARTING DATE: October 6, 2013.
OCT. 6 - While listening to binural beats, I went to my wonderland (which I created beforehand) and visualized an orb of light. I told it it's personalities, and afterwards began visualization. I succeded in visuaizing his body, but for the life of me could not see his face.
I started doing a little passive forcing as well.
OCT. 7 - To my surprise, I managed to actively force for an hour. This time, I also managed to see his face. During the day, I began passive forcing.
OCT. 8 + OCT. 9 (both very similar nights). I only managed to force for about 20-25 minutes. Signs of sentience began to develop.
OCT. 10 - I took a walk on the wonderland beach with Jesse. I assigned him his own voice. I actually realized the budding sentience during this session.
